You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You may not use AltisAI to engage in illegal activities, reverse-engineer our platform, scrape our data, or abuse our API. Any violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination without refund.

3. AI Search Outcomes

AltisAI provides insights based on current AI models (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity). We cannot guarantee specific rankings, citations, or outcomes, as AI models are dynamic and subject to "hallucinations" or algorithmic changes outside of our control.

4. Intellectual Property

The AltisAI platform, its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AltisAI and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AltisAI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in British Columbia, and you waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this site.
