Payment & Refund Policy

1. Subscription Billing
AltisAI operates on a subscription-based model. By subscribing to a paid tier (e.g., Pro or Agency), you agree to pay the recurring monthly or annual fees associated with your chosen plan. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
2. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to premium features until that cycle concludes.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the computationally expensive nature of our AI API calls and infrastructure, we generally do not offer refunds for partial months of service or unused scans.
If you believe there has been a billing error, please contact us within 14 days of the charge, and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
4. Upgrades and Downgrades
If you upgrade your plan mid-cycle, you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the cycle. If you downgrade, the new rate will apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you initiate a fraudulent bank chargeback or dispute, your account will be immediately and permanently banned. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback with your bank or credit card provider using your platform usage logs as evidence.
6. Service Downtime
Refunds or account credits are not guaranteed for temporary platform downtime or service interruptions, unless explicitly covered by a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA).
